1) Call / Email Inquiries

To understand the current situation of the unit, client needs, and engineering requirements, etc.

 

2) Walk-in Job observation and detail communication with clients

Jobsite observation to understand the status of the unit and measurements.

 

3) Preliminary quotation and draft design

Provide tailor-made floor plans, in-depth discussion of client’s design plans, preliminary design concept drawings, and quotations.

 

4) Design and project agreement phase

Both parties are to sign a confirmed design, materials project agreement.

 

5) Construction phase

Provide the most professional and dedicated workmanship for construction.

 

6) Project completion acceptance and Warranty

Complete the work on time to allow clients to check-in and move in, and the maintenance period will begin after the project is signed. "1 year maintenance period"
