購置新屋、翻新家居、搬屋都會涉及裝修， 而長時間裝修都會為鄰舍帶來噪音的影響， 因此了解裝修規定的時間，可減少投訴及觸犯法例。 很多時候裝修公司因要趕住起貨，而違反了很多工程管制條例。 打多數工程公司都是因為噪音而導致騷擾鄰居。而在我們Perfect Design & Contracting 絕不會有這種問題。我們會按照工程的時間表而進行所有工程施工，提早工程安排，與客戶溝通完工時間的要求，與物管深入溝通工地設施和大廈條例. 香港如何管制住用處所裝修工程發出的噪音？ 根據《噪音管制條例》，除公眾假期外，住宅裝修工程在日間(即上午7時至下午7時)發出的噪音，不在管制之列。在下午7時至翌日上午七時或公眾假期任何時間(即限制時間)，承建商除非獲發「建築噪音許可証」，不得使用機動設備進行裝修工程。在指定範圍內(由公告定義的人口稠密的已建區)，訂明建築工程(例如錘打)，亦在管制之列。不過，住用處所的業主或租戶使用一項便攜式機動設備自行進行小型工序，則豁免受建築噪音條款的規管。然而，第4條的一般條文管制任何人在夜間(即晚上11時至翌日上午7時)或於公眾假期任何時間，在住用處所發出噪音煩擾他人，業主或租戶不應在這些時段進行裝修工程。 除了《噪音管制條例》的法例管制外，住用處所的管理處亦有權以其他形式，管制住用處所的噪音。
